The Restaurant Minerva was born from a culinary tradition dating back to the early 1950s. The Fabbrini family commenced their culinary journey with the "spiedo d'oro", a renowned restaurant in the historic centre of Arezzo. In the 1960s, the Fabbrini family decided to extend their experience by opening, in its current location, the Minerva Restaurant and the Minerva Hotel. A long tradition that continues over time, firmly ingrained in the city of Arezzo, renowned and appreciated for its professionalism, service and innovation.

The Minerva Restaurant is situated on the ground floor of the hotel and can seat up to 300 people. The room is modular, spacious and bright. The furnishing is classic and elegant. Extremely evocative is the large open fireplace where the chefs cook the "must-have" dish of the Restaurant Minerva: fire-grilled meat.
